When I told a colleague I would be visiting Neuschwanstein, he suggested a walk around the Alpsee. Unfortunately it was too rainy and cold to walk all the way around it, but what we did see was beautiful.

Your photos invite the viewer to walk with you and rent one of those paddle boats! Coming back to hot chocolate would just about make a perfect end to a perfect fall day of walking.
